Since 2002, a Grand Strand property maintenance company
Coastal Property Services & Landscaping started as a pool and grounds maintenance company and grew into an integrated maintenance partner for homeowner associations and managed properties across Myrtle Beach.
Started with pools and lawns. Grew because of associations.
Much of our growth has come from working directly with homeowner associations — properties where pool, landscaping, janitorial and building maintenance all affect the same shared budget and the same shared appearance.
Associations are usually working to improve maintenance systems while keeping operating costs predictable. Coordinating those services under one provider, rather than several, is a straightforward way to do both.

The company expands into vacation-rental cleaning and linen service, extending support to rental operators alongside associations.
